Dual Degree Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) + Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Leadership program and the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program are designed to prepare current and aspiring professionals for advanced leadership, management, and executive roles across the healthcare continuum. The MSN Leadership program focuses on advanced nursing practice, integrating leadership theory, scholarly inquiry, and evidence-based practice to prepare nurses as effective leaders, educators, researchers, and influencers of health policy. Complementing this clinical leadership focus, the MHA program emphasizes the strategic, operational, financial, and organizational competencies needed to navigate the complexity of modern healthcare systems, including hospitals, health systems, physician practices, long-term care facilities, insurance organizations, and public and nonprofit health agencies. Together, these programs develop skilled leaders equipped to improve healthcare delivery, organizational effectiveness, and population health outcomes.

Both degrees must be conferred at the same time during one enrollment.
