Biography
Dr. Kelly Cheeseman is a graduate of Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She completed a Master of Arts degree in Psychology at Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Delaware. Dr. Cheeseman also was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Doctorate of Social Science in Prevention Science at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Her area of specialization is military-connected youth and their families.
Professor Cheeseman began teaching at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ as an adjunct faculty member in 2010, teaching courses in the Psychology Program and the Applied Family Science program. She regularly teaches PSY 340: Research Methods in Psychology, PSY 333: Psychology of the Exceptional Child, developmental courses, PSY 319: Family Systems, and PSY 101: Introduction to Psychology.
