Biography
Dr. Muldrow earned a B.S. in Biology from St. Francis University and was then awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate STEM Fellowship to attend the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where he earned an M.S. in Biology.
Dr. Muldrow’s Master’s thesis involved a study on tropical forest restoration in the Florida Keys. Dr. Muldrow then pursued a career with the Federal Government at the National Science Foundation, serving in several positions including analyst for almost five years. Dr. Muldrow then went on to earn a Ph.D. in Environmental Science & Public Policy from George Mason University, studying shifting baselines in coral reef conservation.
Today, he serves as Director of Natural Sciences at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ after successfully launching Environmental Science and Biology programs as Chair. Dr. Muldrow currently serves as associate director of NASA Delaware Space Grant, and also released a best-selling audible audiobook on synthetic biology ( ).
